Towing, Battery Dead and lots of Tears! Car issues are stressful. My car died 20 miles from my house in 5 degree weather. I had a car full of teenage boys and asked a stranger to jump me. Long story short, the car needed to be towed to Mohawk Honda because it was unable to be jumped. This caused me stress...along with tears...out of complete frustration!! My first call was to Nick Bonnarigo general manager. He was calm and so helpful.. He directed me to Lisa Valentino! Lisa handled everything perfectly!! I NEVER expected such outstanding service. It exceeded my expectations x1000! Thank you!!!! I will tell my story to anyone who wants to listen. ?? More

I returned to Mohawk Honda on 11/7 for the simonize coating and interior fabric treatment. I was told the process would take approximately 2 hours. The service technician told me my vehicle was ready in less than 1.5 hours. He told me that several technicians had worked on it.
