I chose Molle Toyota on recommendation from friends who have been satisfied Molle customers for many years. In the future I will comparison shop other dealerships for better incentives. I was surprised to learn that Toyota provides only a 2-year warranty and no oil change packages, etc. I love my car and had a positive experience with Tyler Parman. Front suspension & brakes The front suspension had to be replaced in my old RAV4. I know it's old (2000) so it's not much of a surprise. I only wish I had been told that I would have to wait until the grease had worked its way through the system. I thought it hadn't been fixed so it would have been nice to have be warned. Maybe I wouldn't have gotten upset. Now I have one service mgr telling me my brakes need to be fixed urgently and another saying something different. I'm scared to now drive my car! More
