As usual, Don Pelzer, service lane manager, considered the written note and after a reasonable time of diagnosis, then explained the reasonable options to me in a discreet manner in your cozy adult reception room. The required service was done in a most timely manner! Word to all service consultants: we customers are embarrassed anyway about what we don't know about our transportation so we really appreciate you sharing your questions and recommendations to us in a discreet manner (perhaps write down proposed cost analysis?) rather than speaking it loudly in the very public reception room).
