But at O’Neal Honda, they called me by name, the service experience was pleasant, I felt valued, part of the “Honda family”. Did I feel this way at Molle Toyota service? No. One guy said to me he’s too busy to help me, one of the other guys will help me. I was just picking up my car. No hello, no eye contact, then the man that helped me check in brought me my paperwork and gave me my key. Didn’t go over my car service results with me like ONeal would, just here you go, cars out front. IDK, I’m just not used to that I guess. More
