Buying a New Car I went in that day curious about what my 2 year old Rav4 would be worth to trade in to leave in my dream car. I wasn't expecting to leave in a new veh I went in that day curious about what my 2 year old Rav4 would be worth to trade in to leave in my dream car. I wasn't expecting to leave in a new vehicle, but I did! Bob worked tirelessly to hear exactly what I wanted, and they made the numbers work exactly how I told them I wanted them. I knew going in that I loved my car and was in no rush to get into a newer one unless the numbers worked for me perfectly. Bob & Randy made it happen! They paid off the remaining balance of my loan for my Rav4, & were able to apply a ton of deals to decrease the MSRP of a 2020 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium. They told me they only had 2 in stock to test drive - a red or a black one. After a while, they realized they had the exact color I wanted on the delivery truck. It hadn't even been backed off the trailer yet! 0 miles, brand new from the factory. Nobody had even driven it yet! They worked with me to get all the paperwork filled out & made it a breeze for me, as well as get the car detailed & all the accessories installed that I wanted. I came in at 10:30 & was driving off the lot in my brand new car by 6 pm. I was very impressed with the friendliness, knowledge, and expertise everyone . showed throughout the process. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle completely on my own, & they explained everything & handled all the administrative tasks to get me into my dream vehicle! The only thing I had to know how to do was sign my name (A LOT!!!) I highly recommend Bob, Randy & Molle Toyota. This isn't a place you'll find pushy salesmen. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs & strive to make every car purchase work for each individual's situation. More

Awesome service department I have been a customer at Molle Toyota KC for 10 years now. The service department is reliable, dependable, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and the I have been a customer at Molle Toyota KC for 10 years now. The service department is reliable, dependable, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and they take time to explain everything. Prices have been reasonable and fair for routine maintenance. I always go to the west side service entrance and can't say enough good things about Molle's west side service department. The service man on the west side took me out to the vehicle while it was up on in the air to show and explain everything including their free inspection. I did go to the east side service entrance once and they were good too. My favorite Molle used car salesman retired. Bummer. Hopefully the next salesman that I need to use there will be good. More
