Work wasn't done. I was asked to make a new appointment. I had a 4:30 PM appointment to get a cable replaced. The service center knew what the job was when I made the appointment, but when I arrived, half an I had a 4:30 PM appointment to get a cable replaced. The service center knew what the job was when I made the appointment, but when I arrived, half an hour early, I was told the job would take 3-4 hours and the staff member wouldn't be able to stay that long in the evening. Why wasn't this considered before I made the half-hour drive to keep my appointment? This was not the fault of the service member who helped me on this day. OKAY but...... I have been coming here since 1994 when I got my first Corolla and have been very pleased. This time the staff and the work were excellent. On Tuesday, November 26 I did have a lot of preventive and other work done so I kind of understand 3 hours. However, I could have been told so I could have gone home. I needed a new tire which I would get on Friday, the 29th. I was told I would be in and out. Two hours later, I finally said something to my technician (who was very nice). Most people that came in after me were leaving. If making an appointment does't help, then quit doing it. Thanks More
