And then to our surprise with Toyota parts and their service department they helped us build the 4Runner of our dreams with one stop shopping. Bob was great to work with. Both the Sales Manager and Finance Manager were great to work with and didn’t make us feel pressured into a deal we weren’t comfortable with. More

10,000 mile service I had an appointment, I believe they did all that was needed but it took 1-1/2 hours. Several people who got there after me were done before me. poor service and sloppy work I called and made an appt to go in and have a rock chip fixed in my windshield. When I arrived on the day of my appt they checked me in and took my ke I called and made an appt to go in and have a rock chip fixed in my windshield. When I arrived on the day of my appt they checked me in and took my keys. I am climbing into the shuttle to head to work when they catch me to say "The windshield guy is not here today we have to reschedule." How could you not know his schedule a week ahead when I booked my appt and not when you took my keys and wasted my time??When I finally got in for the appt the following week they did a poor job. They did not wipe away the pink marker they circle the spot with and they left a bunch of extra resin on the windshield around the spot having made no effort to do a good clean job. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had here not to mention a terrible sales experience. I will not ever deal with them again, they have poor customer service, never take ownership of their mistakes and do sloppy work. Save yourself the headache and avoid Molle Toyota!! More

The problem is due to the limitation of the buttons on the wheel to scroll through multiple. Options to find the correct symbol and then to figure out how to manipulate it. Ideally you could build an interface with a tablet. More
