We are sorry to hear this, we actually replaced our snacks with more healthy ones in the area, as the bagels and donuts we didn't feel to be as healthy. We actually stopped washing vehicles, due to our customer's and their input - they would of much rather us get their vehicle in and out as quickly as possible to get them back on the road - we definitely value our customer's times. We are sorry to hear about this, depending on damages, locations, etc., it is sometimes up to either the insurance company (if going that route, or customer) to approve if not related to the wreck, in this case - your insurance company was not going to cover an alignment without supporting documentation. Upon our check, the sheet red all "green" which is why your insurance company did not continue with the alignment. We did, however, replace the full washer tank reservoir for you - your insurance company did approve that.
