Don’t stand behind the products they sell. They are more worried about perception of service than actual service. How can Toyota have such a good product and such below average dealerships? Routine scheduled maintenance I established a next day appointment for a 30,000 mile service on my Prius. My arrival was within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. The service mana I established a next day appointment for a 30,000 mile service on my Prius. My arrival was within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. The service manager gave me a cost estimate for the work at check-in. He was courteous and explained the work to be done. The work was completed within 80 minutes and within a few dollars of the prior estimate. More
