The unprofessionalism of Molle Toyota is astounding. Tire Pressure Check The weather was getting colder with snow predicted in the evening. On the way home from work, I stopped by to get the nitrogen pressure checked as the The weather was getting colder with snow predicted in the evening. On the way home from work, I stopped by to get the nitrogen pressure checked as the tires seemed low. I was concerned about driving to work the next morning (if we did get snow) with lowered pressure. I pulled in and was greeted by Tim. He assured me it was no problem to assist and do a check. As it turns out, my front tires did need more nitrogen. Also, the mechanic found that the stem was loose on one tire and needed re-tightening. It was well worth the trip and I appreciated I could just "pop in". I also appreciate that Molle has nitrogen available. I used to have to drive to Olathe Toyota before Molle Toyota had it...but Molle is much closer to my home. Finally, I appreciate Tim. He's great at what he does as he's assisted me before. He's pleasant , professional, sincere, humorous and knowledgeable, He provides super customer connection/service and is an excellent representative for Molle. More
Service plus Took my Highlander in for routine service and to get new tires. I was also having problems with using hands free. I had tried to troubleshoot the pr Took my Highlander in for routine service and to get new tires. I was also having problems with using hands free. I had tried to troubleshoot the problem myself but without success. They not only figured out what needed to be done on the car to correct the phone issue but spent another 15 minutes making sure (once I got there with my phone) that the problem was corrected AND to actually correct the whole problem they explained how i was going to need to delete the connection on the car and on my phone and then re-pair my phone with the car. They actually also came out to the car with me and spent 15 minutes doing the deletions and re-pairing of the car and my phone. Great service! More
