Disappointed After waiting nearly 1 1/2 hours I inquired what status was on my vehicle. I was told tech who admitted my car was at lunch & my car was ready but no one had notified me! The only item done was tire rotation! After leaving I had to make u-turn to return as no air pressure had been added to tires. Needless to say, I was very disappointed as that’s not the typical service I am accustomed to at Molle. I’ve personally purchased 6 brand-new vehicles since 1994. I really miss Nancy as she was so friendly & made you feel welcome Plus, she kept things running smoothly. More

My only disappointment was that the technician forgot to reset the "maintenance required" notice on my dashboard. When I called to discuss this, I was talked through the procedure and reset it myself which kept me from having to return to the facility. More
