Professional and courteous service My primary reason for the visit was a recall notice on my Safety Connect software. The letter estimated 3 to 5 hours for this service. Since no loaner vehicle was available, I used your shuttle service both ways. This surprise made it hard to use my day effectively. While there I also got an oil change and tire rotation. Note: if your WIFI service in the lounge area was of much higher speed, it would be easier to keep working there while waiting. FYI: This rating software does not work properly on MAC OSX Chrome Browser. Had to move to Safari to get your survey to work properly, accepting my "star" ratings. More
