Very pleasant experience I went in early to the dealership and had it looked by several employees before before being referred to the Body Shop/Service Center. I had a broken I went in early to the dealership and had it looked by several employees before before being referred to the Body Shop/Service Center. I had a broken tail light and was given a quick review of the damages, possible concerns that may be encountered during the repair and given a fair estimate. They gave me a time estimate of when they could get the part they needed in, and said it would probably be worked on in 3-4 days. I explained I needed it fixed sooner. Matt Garcia went above and beyond, by working with his staff to make sure it could be worked on today, and if not at least by first thing tomorrow by a well informed team member. He called exactly on the time he said he would. I came in actually a little late, and he still immediately worked on and fixed the vehicle as promised. The pricing was very fair and I think he even undercharged me. Overall had a great experienced, as the rest of the staff in the office were EXTREMELY friendly towards me. Another example is I had to fill out some quick paperwork. It was a cold morning and my hands were freezing and numb making writing legibly very difficult. Without hesitation the office coordinator, Kelly McCord offered to fill out the paperwork for me, and did so with a smile and kindness that blew me away. All in all, my car is fixed and I can now get all the work done I have scheduled for tomorrow (which was unexpected, and why I needed my car ready to go so quickly). 10/10, would recommend using this team of staff members for you service needs. More

I called later in the afternoon and asked if they could put new tires on my vehicle during the service and was told yes. They completed my service and replaced my tires. I always use Molle Toyota as this is where I purchased my vehicle and I like the friendly atmosphere throughout the dealership. More
