After experiencing disappointment at Hendrick Toyota in Merriam, Kansas, I was beginning to think that Toyota customer service had gone downhill, that the customer's needs were overlooked. I decided to try Molle Toyota. Langdon Douglas, the salesman, was great! He came out immediately when I pulled in, introduced himself, shook my hand, asked a few questions and started showing me cars. He was professional, but still very friendly and easy going. I could tell that he was not just after a sale, but was genuinely concerned that I get the car I wanted and at a great price. He easily walked me through the whole process of buying my 2017 Camry. At no time did I feel that he was trying to stiff me. He knowledgeably answered all my questions. The next time I buy a Toyota, I'll go to Molle Toyota first, and if Langdon is still there, I will definitely ask for him!!! More

Got 'er done Considering that I needed to get a car quickly to avoid extra car rental expenses, I spent two days scouring for a car. I finally settled on the Toyot Considering that I needed to get a car quickly to avoid extra car rental expenses, I spent two days scouring for a car. I finally settled on the Toyota Corolla which had all the top of the line features that my totaled Ford Focus had. Jonathan took time with me, knew I wasn't going to make a decision the first day and gave me the information needed and gave me space. I returned the next day and he met with me and my brother-in-law and ironed out a deal to lease the car. I signed the paper work that night and picked up my vehicle today. All in all, considering the trauma that had occurred with the accident and considering the time element involved, the experience was easy. I appreciate the treatment Jonathan and Molle Toyota gave me. More
