Handled Sale Very Well This purchase was a little out of the norm because the vehicle was in very short supply with a couple on order. Kyle Pansing kept us up to date on the status of the order and was responsive to questions. It was a Costco Buying Program sale and handled very well. The only hiccup was picking up the "Manufacturers Certificate of Origin". It followed about one week after delivery, as expected. It was at the receptionist's front desk as we were told. She was pleasant and had general knowledge but was inaccurate and vague about licensing. There were several interruptions for phone calls which became annoying. This final interaction should have been handled by someone else. More

Service management was poor I came in 3 separate times for unbearably squeaky brakes after having the truck for less than a month. After the 3rd time in they told me they were unable to do anything and that I should go get new brakes because mine are legally okay. After three 50 minute trips out of my way I am very unimpressed with their “solution”. Molle “prides” themselves on keeping the customer happy and just don’t see how this is so on this point. More
