Not only was there no charge for this service, but the experience was pleasant. Tim was awesome. He explained the readings to me, put everything back in place. When I told him that I had misplaced one of my keys, he searched my car for me. Not what I made service appointment for The Blind Spot Monitoring had not been working for several weeks so finally called to make appointment to get it checked out. The appointment turned The Blind Spot Monitoring had not been working for several weeks so finally called to make appointment to get it checked out. The appointment turned into a 15,000 mile checkup with fluids topped off and tires rotated. All they did for the malfunctioning BSM is make a few adjustments that turned on the Lane Departure warning system, which I had turned off. The guy said the BSM and LD were one in the same. Uh... NO THEY'RE NOT. Needless to say my wife left the place with no fix to the BSM and now we have scheduled ANOTHER appointment for next week to look at/repair the BSM. Nothing like going back to a place multiple times to get a single issue rectified. More
