We relaxed in the quiet lounge, read the newspaper and sipped on a great cup of coffee. In just a few minutes the service advisor stated our vehicle was finished and we were on our way. Service just the way we depend on from the Molle professionals. We love their sales and service departments. More

Sell, sell,sell To begin I talked on the phone with Gene White about my Tacoma engine light coming on and shared with him O’Reillys auto parts store hooked their “Bou To begin I talked on the phone with Gene White about my Tacoma engine light coming on and shared with him O’Reillys auto parts store hooked their “Boush” OBDii reporting codes P0011 on two different times and the last time the light came on it displayed p0011&p0016. This was clearly said to him yet he insisted that I co e into the dealer to have it diagnosed by your tech. Remember I did tell Gene the codes were cleared by O’Reillys. You charged me $75.00 to tell me the ECM does not show codes and based on some thoughts it is the OVC sensor (both at $200 ea. in addition to checking the VVTI chain to ensure it is aligned. Then he tells me I needed to ensure the fuel lines are cleaned blown out for ensuring the fuel system is ok $179.00. On top of the $2,200 quote to fix the engine light issue. Gene did come across as a nice person, however it was overwhelming for me. I really don’t believe he had my best interest on the side of keeping cost reasonable. Wasted $75.00. Thanks More

Keep Coming Back! I am a repeat customer. In 2000, I purchased my first Toyota Camry at Molle. Mr. Anthony Gooden was my salesman. A few weeks ago I took my car for I am a repeat customer. In 2000, I purchased my first Toyota Camry at Molle. Mr. Anthony Gooden was my salesman. A few weeks ago I took my car for diagnostic test. While I waited I noticed an ad on the wall. I went over to Mr. Gooden and inquired about the ad, however, the car was for lease, Mr. Gooden asked if I was interested in checking out some cars while I waited. I said, sure." I test drove one and looked at two others. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. At the end of my visit with Anthony, Don had a loaner ready for me When Don, in service, called to inform me that my vehicle was ready, a week later, we agreed that I would pick it up the next morning as I had an appointment with Anthony. I dropped off the loaner and paid for the service. Don was kind enough to ask Anthony if he would see me then rather than wait for my appointment time as I was about 45 minutes early. Anthony and I looked at the cars again. Although I didn't come prepared to make a purchase, I left with my 2016 Toyota Camry the same day. No human being is perfect, however, I can say that my personal experience with Toyota employees has been top notch and second to none; regardless of their roles!!! Professional, courteous, thoughtful, accommodating and knowledgeable are some of the descriptors that I would use to describe my experience to a prospective customer as well as others. More
