Very slow not very personable This is the first time I have used Molle although I bought a Corolla in 2005 there and a 2019 Sienna in April. I told the service greeter that it was my first time and he was semi helpful about where I should go. It was very busy but a 5000 mile service visit took 1 1/2 hrs--maybe more. I got very little personal attention and no one explained the results of my service. (I did get the printout). I have always used Crown Toyota in Lawrence, KS for the maintenance on my 2013 Corolla (which was totaled) and will be returning to them. In fact I just purchased a new Corolla hybrid from them today and will be having both of my new Toyotas service there. While I was there I also met with a new car salesman about the purchase of a Corolla hybrid. I did not get an exceptionally good feeling and when I called Crown I was very pleased with the service, they did not have a Corolla in stock but brought one to me the very next day and I bought it. More

Very good Except!!! The routine maintenance was provided flawlessly and quickly as always. When I purchased my vehicle I also purchased key replacement. The a few days ago we lost a key, I asked my service technician about getting it replaced, he could not find any information about key replacement. I was directed to the front reception counter and from their sent to finance. The finance representative was able to locate the key replacement info and I was told that the process was put into motion and I would hear from my service technician and possibly the key replacement company. I have heard nothing. More
