First negative experience I arrive at the dealership approximately 10am (I did not have an appointment) to see if they would be able to help me get my new plates on my car. Th I arrive at the dealership approximately 10am (I did not have an appointment) to see if they would be able to help me get my new plates on my car. The first individual (he did not provide his name) I encountered a young man approximately 20-30’s tells me “yes, we will be able to assist you pull your car in”. He was unable to get the screws out so he ask another gentleman Tim to help us. While waiting on Tim to get the correct tool to get the screws out (they were on their pretty tight as they were put on by your dealership when I purchased my car a couple of years ago). I pull out the the new tag and say to young man “I like the old tags better I’m not really fond of the new tag”. His response “I like them see they are red, white and blue and I am American” as if he was questioning my patriotism. My response “Yes, I see they are red, white and blue and I am an American as well”. Then he said “I don’t know why you have to have two plates” which indicated he was from Kansas. So my response “oh you must be from Kansas”. His response “Yes, God’s country”. I told to the young man I was born and raised in Kansas and I jokingly tell people when I moved from Kansas to Missouri I moved from the Bible belt to the Lions den. His response “From Heaven to Hell” which kind of took my by surprised. Tim was unable to get both bolts off and one broke off and said I thought that might happen, we don’t have time to get you in today but if you come back we can drill that out for you. I told him I need to come back late this month to have my brakes replace and he said “when you call in to make your appointment just let them know about the bolt and we can take care of it then.” As Mason was pulling my car out of the shop the other young man (who never gave me his name) come over and says “oh yeah when you bring your car back we will charge you $50-$60 to drill that bolt, that isn’t a lot”. I have never experienced this type of customer serivce and know it is not reflective of your dealership. Each time I have had my car service the customer service representatives have been friendly, informative, always willing to help me find a better coupon or saving and most of all very professional. More

Mixed emotions Would have given higher rating but during our initial car purchase we discovered that the brand new car we were proposing to buy already had just unde Would have given higher rating but during our initial car purchase we discovered that the brand new car we were proposing to buy already had just under 5,000 miles on the odometer ! That was very disappointing . Getting past that hurdle, we still purchased the 2019 RAV4 Limited. At that time the car was being washed and detailed. When it was brought out to us we discovered the front of the hood had seven small paint chips from rocks that needed touched up, the windshield and mirrors appeared to have been cleaned with dirty rags and some type of rubber smudges on the outer passenger door. Our Sales Rep was truly embarrassed and apologized repeatedly after we had expressed our displeasure with the whole experience. He insisted that we give him an opportunity to amend the situation and to bring our new RAV 4 back the following day . After bringing it home we were able to check the car out more thoroughly and discovered that the microphone was not functioning and a rear speaker on the back passenger door was also not working. In short, we contacted our Sales Rep and he was VERY Obliging and accommodating. We returned to the Molle Dealership the next day and he had a loaner vehicle waiting for us. One day later the service department called to tell us that everything was fixed and the rear speaker had been replaced. Upon returning for our new RAV 4 everything was as promised and our Sales Rep throughly went over all the electronic systems to be certain we understood all the functions which were greatly appreciated. More
Wonderful service I had my 208k miles Toyota towed to Molle and Jay took great care of me. My 4Runner is fixed and ready for the next 100k miles.
