Olathe was unable to find the vehicle we wanted, so I reached out to Molle and they had just what we wanted. I spoke to Ismael Sebeha about the vehicle and he was very helpful in answering all my questions. One follow up call the next day and we had worked out a deal and he started paperwork prior to our arrival. On the day we went to get our vehicle it was ready and waiting just as promised, there were no last minute surprises at the dealership and everything went very smoothly. Rick Gannon came over while we were there and made sure everything was going smoothly and went out of his way to check and see if we were eligible for an extra incentive from Toyota. The financing was handle by Darnell Johnson, he had us in and out in record time, went through all the available options that Toyota offered and made sure we understood every detail about our contract. Last but not least Tyler Parman took us out and made sure we knew how to operate all the features on our new vehicle. Poor customer experience Made appt week in advance for headlamp that was out. Made 7am appt and found out night before I had to take grandson to school. Got there ten minutes Made appt week in advance for headlamp that was out. Made 7am appt and found out night before I had to take grandson to school. Got there ten minutes early and explained that I would be short on time and asked if that would be a problem. I was told no the advisor didn’t think so. After 40 minutes I went to the desk and the advisor told me I would have to wait he was with another customer. As I stood inline I could tell the customer could not decide what he wanted to do. I saw my car outside ready. I asked to check out and was told that I could see he was with another customer and that I would have to wait. When I told him I was sorry but that I couldn’t he threw the keys at me and told me just to go. When I called back to pay I found out they changed all the lights but I was never told this or given the chance to ask why or make a decision. I have been coming here for thirty plus years but have never had an experience like this and honestly not sure I ever want to come back. More
