Highlander Inspection. First time going to Molle Toyota. I must say, it was quite nice and better than other places I have been. Though, my inspection and new wiper blades First time going to Molle Toyota. I must say, it was quite nice and better than other places I have been. Though, my inspection and new wiper blades took almost two hours, I wasn't bothered. They were busy. The employees were really nice and very courteous. Gene helped me even welcomed me to Toyota for my first Toyota car purchase. The waiting room is very spacious, so bring whatever you want to work on while you're car is being seen. Looking forward to taking my car back to Molle Toyota for whenever something goes wrong or for when it needs serviced. Being a Ford guy for a decade, I really enjoyed the complimentary car washes when you took your car in for service. I do wish Molle would offer that. More

Good service. I took my car for oil change. They provided drop off to my home and pickup from home after work is done, that very good facility. For oil change I pai I took my car for oil change. They provided drop off to my home and pickup from home after work is done, that very good facility. For oil change I paid $58.29 after $15 oil change discount. That seems expensive. They said they did multi point inspection but I haven't got report attached to invoice. When I went to drop car, most of service people had some discussion going on. So it took them about 5-10 min to come to me. I think service advisers should acknowledge the customer and say someone will be with you in few min. I had seen they haven't done this for any customer when I was there. More

Our salesman, Phil McGan, is excellent. We have been looking around town for a new Toyota 4Runner. We were not very happy with the offers we had elsewhere. Molle was suggested to me by a close friend who had bought a new Tundra. I went to Molle the day before I took my wife. I looked at all of the 4Runners. I picked the one I was interested in. When my wife and I came the next day we met Phil McGan for the first time. I am almost 70 years old. Phil is the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. We hope that the Toyota Corporation is well aware of what an asset he is to Molle. We never did feel pressured. Talking to him is like talking to an old friend. He is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the auto industry and market. He has outstanding PR skills. Sidemirror I had to come to get my side mirror replaced. After talking to another employee, I was told that I would need the whole side mirror replaced instead o I had to come to get my side mirror replaced. After talking to another employee, I was told that I would need the whole side mirror replaced instead of just the glass. When I came back to get the service, Tim was kind enough to take his time to carefully inspect the damage and determined only the glass would need to be replaced. His through work saved me from having to spend extra money on parts I did not need. Molle needs more workers like Tim. More
