My oil change ended up being 3 hrs long. It was inconvenient but not the end of the world as my plans were not greatly impeded. The tech apologized and comped my service. That goes a long way...taking responsibility and doing your best to make it right. Even though I don’t think the lug bolt was broken because of negligence or carelessness. That’s great customer service. More

We’ve bought two automobiles and had all the service done on them there. But lately, they’ve changed.
