Our salesman, Phil McGan, is excellent. We have been looking around town for a new Toyota 4Runner. We were not very happy with the offers we had elsewhere. Molle was suggested to me by a close friend who had bought a new Tundra. I went to Molle the day before I took my wife. I looked at all of the 4Runners. I picked the one I was interested in. When my wife and I came the next day we met Phil McGan for the first time. I am almost 70 years old. Phil is the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. We hope that the Toyota Corporation is well aware of what an asset he is to Molle. We never did feel pressured. Talking to him is like talking to an old friend. He is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the auto industry and market. He has outstanding PR skills. Sidemirror I had to come to get my side mirror replaced. After talking to another employee, I was told that I would need the whole side mirror replaced instead o I had to come to get my side mirror replaced. After talking to another employee, I was told that I would need the whole side mirror replaced instead of just the glass. When I came back to get the service, Tim was kind enough to take his time to carefully inspect the damage and determined only the glass would need to be replaced. His through work saved me from having to spend extra money on parts I did not need. Molle needs more workers like Tim. More

Mutual appreciation For whatever reason, lug bolts on my Tundra often break. That was case Sat. The tech ordered a new one but when it arrived it was the wrong size. They For whatever reason, lug bolts on my Tundra often break. That was case Sat. The tech ordered a new one but when it arrived it was the wrong size. They had to find the correct one. My oil change ended up being 3 hrs long. It was inconvenient but not the end of the world as my plans were not greatly impeded. The tech apologized and comped my service. That goes a long way...taking responsibility and doing your best to make it right. Even though I don’t think the lug bolt was broken because of negligence or carelessness. That’s great customer service. More

Fast and painless From the time I drove into the service area the experience was positive.
