great, in and out in less than an hour. It was not a major milestone, but it si always good to keep up on the maintenance. We went in with the stock # of the van we wanted and both of us test drove it. We are a bit disappointed that the entire process did take 4 hours, but understand it was the last day of the month , which we were told is always very busy. More
