Overpriced oil change Was charged $91 for a synthetic oil change. They charged me $55 for the oil and the rest towards labor. Concerned, personable and honest service. I had already scheduled for a Wednesday oil change and brake-check when on Sunday, I realized the battery light come on. I parked the car until Tuesda I had already scheduled for a Wednesday oil change and brake-check when on Sunday, I realized the battery light come on. I parked the car until Tuesday, when Leslie called me to confirm my appointment. When I told her of my situation, she encouraged me to take a chance to come in to check the battery later Tuesday--which I did. Tim Sutherland had the servicemen check and fix what was wrong (which consumed them that day.) I also appreciated the prompt and personable service of Mike taking me home that Tuesday and checking with Tim on the job status.before he picked me up again Wednesday to retrieve the car. My protracted waiting time in the lounge I did in the bright, clean children's lounge. And fresh hot water for tea or cocoa is always appreciated! More

Sloppy oil change I own a Tundra TRD PRO and it has a skid plate so oil changes are kind of a pain. That said, when I pay $100 for an oil change I expect quality work. I own a Tundra TRD PRO and it has a skid plate so oil changes are kind of a pain. That said, when I pay $100 for an oil change I expect quality work. When draining the oil, the technician allowed oil spill onto the skid plate and create a mess. Learning from the past, I decided to look underneath before I drove all the way home. They did clean up the mess after I had to return and tell them about it. Seems like speed trumps quality here. I had a good conversation with Jordan Darby and he apologized that it happened. Might be a good idea to implement a quality review step on work performed before returning cars to customers. Just a thought. More
