Corina was Amazing Went in for an Oil change and Tire rotation, which they got me in on the same day and Corina Ard was there to help us. She also informed us of a recall notice our family was unaware of on the airbags for our 4runner. I have 5yr old twins so their safty is my number one always. Due to back orders the prts where unavailabke but she was able to get us a rental so we felt safe for the time being. Was not expecting that. We just moved here from Hawai’i and it’s always great to see friendly amazing people. Hannah helped us with the car rental and had everything ready before we could even get anyone on the phone from the recall center. More

You can trust a dealership over a small shop right??? I was in for regular service - oil change and an airbag recall. I dropped the vehicle off at 8 am and attempted to get a shuttle ride; had two people I was in for regular service - oil change and an airbag recall. I dropped the vehicle off at 8 am and attempted to get a shuttle ride; had two people waiting already to go in opposite directions - ***They really need more than one shuttle van.*** Took over an hour to get me 4 miles shuttled. I got a call from my service tech that my water pump was going out...so you have to trust a dealership I'm sure over a small independent shop right? Well, it was a $1000 repair for the water pump/belt/thermostat; didn't shop around at that point and agreed to work. However for a 3-4 hour job to charge $700+ for labor seems a little high to me. That's around $200/hr for labor??? So again, agreed to let them do it - had trust in the dealership I guess. When I picked up vehicle, it was not washed-they use to do that; and also the steering wheel/floor/etc had some grease/oil on it, was not touched up after repair. Just think they should wash your vehicle and look for oil/grease etc... So this really was our first disappointing trip to Molle, as we have purchased 5 vehicles from them over the past 20 years and had them serviced minimally there as well. Hopefully this is not a trend on the poor shuttle timeline/price for repairs/cleanliness of vehicle upon pickup. More
