Adams Toyota vs Molle Toyota My family have been long time customers of Molle. Out of convenience we went over to Adams Toyota to get an oil change, tire rotation and state inspec My family have been long time customers of Molle. Out of convenience we went over to Adams Toyota to get an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. Instead we came out with a leak issue that they said wasn’t covered under warranty, gave us someone else’s paperwork, lost the car for about 30 minutes and they never did the inspection. Not to mention leaving the car filthy, speaking to us as if we don’t have a clue and giving general answers to our questions without taking the time to explain the real problem. So the next day i brought the car over to Molle for a second opinion and Scott listened to what i had to say. He took his time and explained to me in simple examples of what the leak was like so i could understand and He didn’t make me feel overlooked for being female which happens all too often in car places. Scott checked and was able to get the leak covered under warranty, whereas Adams just told me it wasn’t covered without checking. Scott put me in a free rental so that i could go on with my days, kept me up to date frequently on what was going on, and then took care of the inspection for the car for me for the inconvenience of how long the car was in. We were already in the Molle family but now even more appreciative of how well Molle takes care of their people, by simply treating them with respect, listening to their concerns and making moves to try and help alleviate the issues. More
