Fast and Easy Molle was very easy to work with. I live 3 hours away and found a car online so i decided to give them a call for more pictures cause the car was new Molle was very easy to work with. Unfortunately they were closed but Shawn Weissenbach had pictures for me early the next morning followed by a phone call a few minutes later. Before I made a trip, i wanted to be able to work out numbers and they made sure they kept payments right where i wanted them. I felt confident i was buying the car before i even left home. When i showed up he had the car out and displayed so it was the first thing i could see. Took it for a ride, loved it. Went in, signed some papers and then we had to go talk to finance manager, Darnell Johnson. No issues. He didnt try and pressure me into extended warranties or coverages. He made simple suggestions, i told him what extras i wanted and he left it at that. This dealerships was great to work with. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours.(Might take a little longer if you need to talk to numbers) Shawn was also sure to fill it up before i left. I would be more than happy to make the drive again if i were to buy another vehicle. More

Lacked attention to detail No issues booking appointment,checking in,or length it took to get service completed. However, after arriving home, discovered glove box would not clo No issues booking appointment,checking in,or length it took to get service completed. However, after arriving home, discovered glove box would not close. Installed incorrect after services. All instrument settings changed. We were able to correct the issues,but isn't that what we paid for? Poor attention to detail. More

Appalled - See invoice TOCS656811 Recommendations. Stop giving misinformation to customers so that they will have unnecessary repairs done -- that is lying and up-selling. Took my car to Molle Toyot Stop giving misinformation to customers so that they will have unnecessary repairs done -- that is lying and up-selling. Took my car to Molle Toyota in Kansas City, MO for AirBag repair. I was told by the service attendant that: 1) The timing cover seal was leaking and needed to be replaced - Cost $2100. plus taxes. I am a grey haired 83 year old lady with an inquisitive mind. I went to the internet to find out about timing gaskets and discovered that 5 other persons has reported the same recommendation when they had their airbag repaired. 2) My front brakes needed to be replaced and the rear brakes cleaned and adjusted. Cost $329.90. I took my car for an 2nd opinion: 1) Timing Cover gasket - not a concern. 2) Front brakes - 40 %, rear brakes 50 %. No need for a brake job at this time. All my relatives, friends and acquaintances and anyone who will listen to me are being told the details of my experience. Are service attendants incentivised with bonuses for generating unneeded repairs from your customers? I will appreciate a response to this service review. More
