My last free-for-two-years ToyotaCare service Everything went smoothly. No problems, as usual. I'll miss the free oil changes and emergency road service. But all good thing must come to an end. Car experienced a loud boom Friday night while driving home. Experienced a loud boom from car while driving home. Thought I had blown a tire or hit something in the road, or maybe had an engine backfire. Took car in to Molle Toyota Saturday morning. Service Advisor got me right in. Technician checked tires and undercarriage. No problems found. I also mentioned to Service Advisor that car experienced a sudden rough idle and the engine almost cut off the following Thursday. I told him I had been letting the car idle for about 10 minutes on the past several extremely cold mornings to let it warm up before driving. He mentioned that I could have experienced an engine backfire due to a fuel buildup, but the engine sensors should have prevented that. He told me to bring the car back in if I experienced the problem again. More

Best experience with a car dealership! At the beginning of February my car was totalled and of course the insurance company screwed me out of the deal on the car i had so long story short i At the beginning of February my car was totalled and of course the insurance company screwed me out of the deal on the car i had so long story short i had extra money from my loan that i had to pay out of pocket in order to pay off my car. I cam to molle toyota because a family friend referred me and roger helped me with my situation!! Roger and toyota went above and beyond to help me get into a new car! And i didnt habe to pay out of pocket to pay off my car that got totaled!!!!!!!! A big thank you to roger and toyota for helping me and making this horrible situation i was in so much better!!!!!!!! More

Shawn in used cars was great. Roger in new cars was not good When my car needed expensive repairs, I asked Molle to help me buy a replacement. Service sent me to new cars, where Roger proceeded to act like a ty When my car needed expensive repairs, I asked Molle to help me buy a replacement. Service sent me to new cars, where Roger proceeded to act like a typical car salesman, telling me things I didn't want to hear, and leaving me alone to stew for 15-20 minutes at a time, three times. While I waited, I checked their website for used cars and found a couple I liked. I called them, from the new car showroom, and they called me right back. They told me they hold my used cars for test drives. I left the new car showroom, and Roger had to catch up to me in the parking lot. I told him I was going to buy a used car and left. I drove down one block, and Shawn greeted me at the door. He was ready to show me the car I called about. After a quick test drive, Shawn worked with me to get the best deal on my trade, and I bought the car. Shawn was quick, easy, and helpful.
