First time we didn't feel comfortable with the service Have taken our 2010 Highlander in every 5,000 miles for maintenance for all but one oil change in the life of the vehicle which presently has 150,000 Have taken our 2010 Highlander in every 5,000 miles for maintenance for all but one oil change in the life of the vehicle which presently has 150,000 miles. As a general rule we rave about the service we receive at Molle Toyota and at least one of our friends bought a new highlander there and takes it there for servicing. For the first time we did not feel trust in the service we received and we got charged for some service we DID NOT authorize and had to spend money we weren't expecting, specifically Basic HVAC Service, and Engine Air Filter for a total price of $94.90. To be fair, he did apply a coupon so it wasn't quite that amount. We may have authorized it if he had told us about it but he didn't. The reason we have stayed with Molle is we feel we have always been treated fairly and honestly and we did not feel comfortable this time. Feels like going to any other service center with other vehicles where you can't trust anything they say. Highly disappointed this time. More

JR was perfect in his finance role ... friendly, not remotely pushy. Overall, I couldn't be more positive about Molle ... best new car experience I've had through 40 plus years of car buying. More
