Un-eventful which is much appreciated. I purchased my Avalon nearly 12 years ago. My service experience has been un-eventful which is the way I like it. Used Vehicle Purchase Sales was helpful, but had to clear up an insurance issue that nearly halted the deal when it should never had been an issue. They even spoke with my insurance agent but would not allow things to move forward until I decided to walk away without buying. All of a sudden, they magically made things work out. Due to no ones fault except for the busyness of the day, it took a couple of hours before we were able to speak with the finance department. Other than it being a rather long day with a couple of "speed-bumps" the purchase was pretty smooth and the car is a quality vehicle, which has always been the case when I purchase a vehicle from Molle Toyota. Dead 12volt battery on 2013 Camry Hybrid Don was incredibly helpful. Had no appointment, but got me in & out in less than an hour, and checked on me in the waiting room halfway through.
