I appreciate that this dealership respects both time and money. I went in knowing what I wanted and how much my trade in is worth. Yes it took a bit of haggling but throughout the entire process the salesman gave me all of the information I requested, each detail, respected my time by being quickly reaponsive, and never gave push back for wanting to do things “out of order.” I am an honest and straightforward person and appreciate working with the same. From start to finish the buying process including information gathering, test driving, negotiations, and financing took about 5 hours. The only thing I would change is reducing the haggling time by being upfront and offering a fair value for the trade in at the beginning, which would have saved over an hour of needless back and forth. Overall thankfully no high pressure sales, simply people doing their best, hard to ask for more. Will be using them again. More
