The car had it’s 25,000 mile checkup. The service was fine except that the seat memory was charged for both settings. This is very irritating! When I arrived there was a lines of vehicles out the door and into the parking lot causing grid lock in the parking lot. It took 2.5 hours after arriving for the first 5,000 mile maintenance to be preformed. When I left the dealership there was no queue line to be had. Why schedule an appointment if obviously they tell everyone the same time. More

I live 2hrs away so we do a lot of phone tag to get all the details lined out for a new car. We never haggle to much because their deals are the best around. I drive up and the deal is finalized and I'm out the door in under 2hrs. The last time I was there 15 min because we did everything over the phone, online, and overnight mail.
