Don Pelzer, who helped me, was so nice and accommodating. He said the service would be approximately 1 hr.15 minutes, and he was correct. This was my first time to service a car...my husband has always done it. Don found me in the lounge, quickly went over services performed, and I was on my way. Job well done! More
I had to make two trips from North Kansas City After regular routine maintenance and having a tire repaired , I had the LOW TIRE PRESSURE light come on after driving my car for about 20 minutes w After regular routine maintenance and having a tire repaired , I had the LOW TIRE PRESSURE light come on after driving my car for about 20 minutes which made me think the tire they repaired was leaking. I stopped by a local gas station to put air in my ties but the light stayed on . I called Don Pelzer and told him about the problem I was having and he recommended that I bring my car back down the next day . When I brought my car back down I was told that I had some tire sensor problems that needed to be fixed . They replaced two tire pressure sensors that took care of the problem . I wish there was some way they could have checked this the day before . I hated to have to drive from North Kansas City down to the dealership two days in a row and spend another two hours waiting for my car . More

So I had my coolant changed, but I forgot that I already had my coolant changed in April. The Toyota Service man should of seen on the computer that I already had my coolant changed and should not of recommended it. I am now trying to get a refund, but Jordan Darby of Molle Toyota is not giving me a refund. He's giving me the run around. You people don't care. I'm out $186. My car did not need the coolant to be changed. Basically I had money stolen from me, and I'm being treated like garbage. You people made a mistake, and I should at least get my money back. My service man was Gene White, he's the one that cost $186. More
Routine Maintenance This is my 2nd trip to Molle Toyota since July 2018. Both times I have worked with Don Pelzer and he has been amazing. He remembered who I was as he a This is my 2nd trip to Molle Toyota since July 2018. Both times I have worked with Don Pelzer and he has been amazing. He remembered who I was as he approached my car to check me in. I always schedule an appointment to assist with wait time. The first time I was here I was one of the only vehicles so I was in and out. This recent visit I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:20 appointment and no one came to speak with me until around 4:35. Don looked at my appointment and saw that I scheduled for an oil change and stated that I didn’t need one for another 5,000 due to synthetic oil. I had completely forgotten, and am so thankful he reminded me instead of moving forward with the original appointment. He then said we would move forward with the 150 point inspection and change my wind shield wipers (per my request). We didn’t do the 45,000 mile tire rotation because I mentioned I was getting new tires in the upcoming week. I was at Toyota for a total of 1 hour and 44 minutes for new windshield wiper blades and quick once over of my 4Runner. As I got in my car to leave I realized they had not reset the dashboard maintenance light or provided me with a new window sticker reminder for my next visit. As I stated before, Don is amazing and if I return it will solely be for his customer service. Before Molle I utilized Larry H Miller Toyota in a Colorado Springs and wait time seems to be a consistent issue. Why schedule an appointment if I am going to wait hours for routine things? I understand the “idea behind the brand” and the “benefit” of using a Toyota Service Center but at what point is an overpriced oil change worth 2 hours of my time? Thank you again Don for your help! Your customer service is 5/5 consistently, you truly do go above and beyond! More
