Rodney set us up with a finance guy (Darnell) that was uninterested and very little help in trying to get the remaining balance financed. He basically said that their interest rates for lease buyouts are high and we were basically on our own. Also, no one informed us about calling Toyota Financial and requesting an end of lease packet. Ed did not return my text regarding the questions I had earlier in the day, but was cordial when I ran into him outside the finance office. He was distracted with getting back to another client that he was closing a deal with on a leased car. He never got back with me to make sure we were taken care of after telling us he would do so. Called Darnell and left a message after we left regarding my buyout and my call was never returned. My parents know the Molle’s and I am going to discuss with them the lack of concern/assistance I felt about the whole experience. My wife and I have purchased several cars from here over the years, but in the future I am considering taking my business elsewhere. This never happened when Don was there before he retired. More
