Molle found me the vehicle I wanted, gave me a better price on a 2019 Highlander than the other dealers on a 2018, and beat the price that the buyer program was offering. Check on tire pressure & sensor gage light. .I was promptly greeted by Corina, Service Advisor, despite it being 5 pm. She arranged for service person to check tire pressures & sensor gages. I'd spent all day being shown cars outside of my price range by sales associates that were often harder to find than the right car. When I by-chance stopped by Molle Toyota, Roy was patiently waiting outside and was more than happy to speak with us. Roy was clearly knowledgeable about every car on the lot and was able to direct me to the Corolla that had more features than I expected for an extremely fair price. To help me even further, he was able to offer me significantly more for my trade-in than I had ever thought I would get. Negotiating the price of the car was really simple and Roy was incredibly respectful of my requested price range. In financing, JR was awesome to work with. I've worked with other dealer financing offices and everything felt very robotic and uncomfortable. Working with JR was a completely different story. He is really personable and made me feel more like a person than an account. If you're looking for a relaxed car buying experience, Molle Toyota is the place. More
