My New car sales man was great and kept me in the loop while my car was being transported to their facility . I enjoyed my time back in 2006 when I purchased my my first car ! Great Transaction I came in found the truck I wanted. Told them I needed some things added to it and they had it ready for me the next day. These guys don't honor their commitments The short story is, they ordered my car. When I went to pick it up, they didn't have it. They didn't even call me to tell me they didn't have it. When I signed the paperwork, I purchased the remote start. I worked with my salesman to schedule the installation of the remote start. We agreed upon a day and a time. My daughter arrived, and they said the salesman didn't make the appointment. Molle Toyota does not live up to the commitments they make. They will not do what they say they will do. Double-check your final paperwork too.... it seems like everything I negotiated was forgotten and had to be corrected. More
