Seats not tightened back down, car left more dirty Sean did his best to clean things up and working with him was great. I think there some other distracted techs that did the work. I now have to bring it back as the “passenger side “airbag off” light is remaining lit. One of the carpeted mats is missing and all now have stains that they didn’t have when I left. The leather seats are also more solliled than when left. It is apparent that the didn’t protect or take care to keep the vehicle from getting dirty when they did the work. Additionally, I think the cabin air filter should have been changed to help get rid of the rancid water smell that come out when turne the Dan back on. More
I had the BEST experience :-) We started our experience off quite frustrating (not because of Molle, because of our February discharged bankruptcy). I was quite sure they would a: not be able to help us, or b: would charge us 10 plus in interest. I was SO wrong. Not only were they MORE than willing to work with us on the discharged bankruptcy (we provided paystubs and a $1000 down payment), but they were kind about it. We weren't perfect loan candidates, but they didn't treat us like were anything less than perfect! Our interest rate was only 8.4% (about a percent higher than our bank would have charged us) and they really went out of their way to make us feel positive and happy. And, since we were getting a certified Toyota, we knew it would be drivable with no major issues. I simply cannot say enough great things about this dealership: Todd, our salesman was down to earth, honest, and he had a great smile! More

I went into the purchase decision conflicted between purchasing a new Prius Prime to get the electric plug-in capability as well as the hybrid, or an updated Prius (I've been driving a Prius since 2002). In the end, I decided that the plug-in wasn't really very practical for my situation. My starting place for pricing was my Costco membership savings (great way to go, by the way). Molle ended up giving me an additional financial incentive, .9% financing and also provided complimentary maintenance service while I was signing the paperwork to assure that it was in good shape for its new buyer (my son). Between Ismael's gentle sales approach and the service department's willingness to work on my car while I was there, it was an easy decision. This stands out as my most enjoyable car-buying experience, ever. More
