For the last two years I have been doing business with Molle for many years. Each year I find something better and am treated with the utmost respect. For the last two years Anthony Gooden has helped me with my lease. He is professional, polite and puts up with my inane questions. I feel comfortable with him, and the test drive was the easiest drive I've had. Anthony just made me feel like I was doing well. Usually I'm nervous about the test drive, but not this time. Anthony goes over and beyond his job, and makes me feel like I actually know what I' m doing. A 10+ for Anthony. I would also like to compliment Mr. Bill Herder. Signing countless papers was actually not such a hand-cramping experience. He was very thorough, explaining each set of papers to me before I signed. He let me see what I was doing on the computer, and I am computer challenged to boot. For Bill Herder a shout out A+ also. Molle, you are the greatest! Anita Striegel More

Oil change and tire rotation I use this dealership for both my 2013 Rav 4and my daughter's 2017 Rav 4 - both of which were purchased from this dealer. My experience is usually good here but this one - not so much. I must say that Corina was great - but there was a situation she had no control over. When I got to my car, it wouldn't start. Hmm. Curious. Turns out the battery was bad but the tech had not told Corina or me. I had the dealership jump start me after they looked at my battery and also couldn't start it. So I drove off wondering what to do as my battery had never given me any indication of trouble. I stopped by an auto parts store to price a battery vs. Toyota and he showed me how the battery was an 84 month Toyota installed battery dated 2016!! I went back to the dealership expecting a free battery since it was much less than 84 months. Nope! They made me pay 50% of it. And none of your employees had pointed out to me that my battery was under warranty. They just tried to sell me a new battery for $120. So I spent almost half a day waiting for my car including oil change, tire rotation and now additional time for the battery. I'm not very happy. - More

Took care of a problem quickly and efficiently I brought my 4Runner in for routine service and had a complaint about a rattling noise I would hear intermittently. The service rep drove out with me I brought my 4Runner in for routine service and had a complaint about a rattling noise I would hear intermittently. The service rep drove out with me to ID the sound. They took care of the issue quickly, without charge, and drove the vehicle before I picked it up to make sure the noise was gone. I've had the 4Runner back for days now and the problem is fixed! Sean was great to work with. More

Good experience We took our truck in to be serviced since it has been a while. The service men found the brakes needed repairing and replacing various items and a few We took our truck in to be serviced since it has been a while. The service men found the brakes needed repairing and replacing various items and a few other things. The truck needed a good check up and a “once over” since it is older and has been driven quite a bit. I am thankful they found these things so driving the vehicle is safer. More
can't say I was pleased with the time it took to change oil I had a appt. time for a oil change, took over two hours to accomplish. was told a lot of walk-ins before me. was told appt. times are first, ok, but I had a appt. time for a oil change, took over two hours to accomplish. was told a lot of walk-ins before me. was told appt. times are first, ok, but move the other cars to another lot or elsewhere so the attendants can get to the cars with an appointment. what is really irritating is that no person came to inform me of the wait. approx. one and a half hour later I inquired.
