“If you don’t mind waiting for 18 days” I think that Toyota service should not keep your car until they are ready to service it. Once they determine what they have to order to fix It, the c I think that Toyota service should not keep your car until they are ready to service it. Once they determine what they have to order to fix It, the customer should have their car back until the day of repair. It shouldn’t just sit around in a lot gathering dust. No one seems to give a xxxx when you get it back. When it takes so long to get answers back from insurance companies. Then on top of that, the woman who gave me back my keys didnt even know that State Farm had already paid Toyota. My car needed extra repair, and now I’m wondering if it got it since there was a dicrepency between State Farm and Toyota. Very bad service. More
