She gave me all the information I needed about the RAV4 limited. Beth is very easy to work with. I found out the night before a salesman I bought a car from in 2010 at another dealership was working as the Internet Manager at Molle. I knew I was headed to the right dealership when I found out Terry Mykins was working there. When I arrived at the dealership Terry introduced me to Tony Lipari, the salesman that helped me buy the RAV4. Tony is so kind and patient. Tony is also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, walked the lot with me to show me different colors and took me on 2 test drives. I knew when he pulled up the Metallic Gray RAV4 Limited it was the car for me! During the negotiating the deal, I was introduced to Don Glenn. Don would be the best guy to work for. Again, he was also very kind and patient with me. When we agreed on a price I then went to finance and met Bill Herder. I dreaded going to finance, but once I met Bill I felt so comfortable going through the process. Another kind and patient man at Molle Toyota. BEST car buying experience! More
