I cannot say how happy and impressed I was with their service. There was a problem with something that was advertised about the truck. The manager Nathan owned up to the mistake and made it all work. I am extremely happy with the truck. These guys even sent out a guy to pick my brother and I up at the airport. Shout out to Rambo.. he was awesome. Rob my salesman was awesome from start to finish as well. Overall I would say great job and thank you to making it a wonderful experience. Go see these guys. More

Pleasant experience buying a used car Our salesman (Conner Hopkins) was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He never once tried to apply any kind of pressure when we told him that we were going to look at more cars. We did go back and buy the car, and because of our need to get a car right away for an out of town trip, and they were not able to get the car ready in time, they provided us with a good loner car to use for the trip. It is hard for me to believe that any other dealership would have done that. We put over 700 miles on that loner car. Don't remember the other peoples names involved (sales manager and finance manager) but they also were just as enjoyable to work with. More

Just shy of Excellent This was my first regularly scheduled maintenance experience and it went very smoothly, right up until the end. It was a long day for everyone, so I This was my first regularly scheduled maintenance experience and it went very smoothly, right up until the end. It was a long day for everyone, so I know everyone just wanted to go home. All representatives were busy, so I waited my turn. Two of the three reps were actively working to get people moved along, but the third was sharing a lengthy story about a bad wreck with his customer. My representative cleared two or three people before he got to me. Mine was simple, so all I had to do was wait for my car to be brought around. As I was leaving, I noticed the long-winded rep still hadn't gotten his customer out the door. If I had been his customer, I'm not sure that I would have been as patient. If I were his co-worker, I know I would feel angry. Everyone could have been on their way home much quicker, if everyone remained professional and carried their own weight. I think Jordan Darby was my closing representative, and he was completely professional. These comments were all based on my observations. More
