I saw the Jeep online and when I came to check it out - I was impressed with the low pressure sales style and eagerness to help me find what I needed. They were negotiable and came down on the price and replaced the brakes before having me drive it off the lot! Employees are very friendly but new ones every time I am there for service. Lounge and waiting area is excellent-appreciate the change in tv channel showing Fox news. My only issue is I felt the time frame for my service was too long, especially since I had an appointment, arrived on time, and the service was not complex. I have been using Molle Toyota for my service for many years and have noticed a change in the quality of service pertaining to length of time to wait, and suspect it is because they are working in cars without appointments. More
