Great service and selection I had no intention of buying a new car, although I'd been exploring a couple options for months after receiving a sizable payout from my insurance com I had no intention of buying a new car, although I'd been exploring a couple options for months after receiving a sizable payout from my insurance company due to hail damage. I arrived at Molle and explained I had a 2013 Corolla and a couple thousand dollars to work with, and asked simply "What can you do for me?" Anthony wasted no time in making sure my questions were answered while exploring the selection, although I'd been interested in a new Rav4 for a while, and had test driven it previously. It didn't take long to reach a decision - I spent about 3 hours at Molle. Bill was also straight-forward and direct in explaining the financing and additional service options. This is the first time I bought a new car, and I'm very glad that I happened to be passing by Molle that day. They made me feel welcome, comfortable and confident in my decision-making process. When I went in to Molle I was only looking to test drive the CHR, but Steve being the veteran salesman that he is, knew the perfect price point for me. He was friendly and not pushy. I didn't feel as though I had to buy the car right then and there, but I couldn't say no to the deal I was being offered. After having terrible experiences with other dealerships in the KC area, Molle made it all worth it. I'm very pleased with my purchase and absolutely love my new car. Purchasing a Tacoma was enjoyable! Molle Toyota had one Tacoma left with a manual transmission, which is difficult to find and exactly what we wanted. Bob, our sales associate, explained customizing the vehicle from "eyebrows" for blocking the glare of the Sun through the windshield... to the hard-sided bed cover that folds away in thirds. He demonstrated the many new safety and convenience features on the truck; first he pushed the buttons to show displays. The day we came to pick up the Tacoma, and made us push buttons as he guided us through the menus again. It is a rare sales person who is so patient and willing to share his experiences. You made us feel comfortable -thanks Bob! We want to also thank Don Pelzer for putting the key fob back together after I dropped it. The final processes were conducted by Bill Herder and Ismael Sabeha. They made paying for our purchase easy and showed choices for extended, warranty coverage. Thank you all - we love the new truck!
