Quick, efficient and comfortable I took my Prius in for routine maintenance under Toyotacare. I showed up 2 minutes before the appointed time, and waited about 3 minutes to talk with I took my Prius in for routine maintenance under Toyotacare. I showed up 2 minutes before the appointed time, and waited about 3 minutes to talk with a service manager, Don. He told me about a recall bulletin concerning the engine wiring harness and said the whole thing might take 1 1/2 hours. I went into the comfortably furnished waiting area and enjoyed a decaf mocha while reading emails on my phone - good WiFi, by the way - and 1 hour and 15 minutes later the service manager said my car was ready. They didn’t have to replace the wiring harness, just apply some protective tape. More
