The new hatchback latch is overly expensive and only stopped working because it was poorly made. Glue holding rubber pad in place is substandard and deteriorated to a gooey mess which certainly is not the dealers fault. More

2008 Rav4 Toyota Repairs I am very concerned that your dealership over priced the repairs, because we were in another city and at their mercy. Thinking that they would be fair I am very concerned that your dealership over priced the repairs, because we were in another city and at their mercy. Thinking that they would be fair and honest and not take advantage of the situation. my insurance had it towed their to find out whether the car was not running due to an accident that had occurred. Your servicemen later found out it was just the alternator,and battery. I have a copy of the repairs which is unbelievable the labor is 750.00 dollars and the parts 542.00. Anyone who knows where the parts are that they replace knows it doesn't take $750.00 in labor. I think that is what they were counting. So asking someone from this dealership to step in and review the repair form. I am going to submit this form to the Better Business. Due to the fact that I have research the parts and labor which came out to be less than half the amount Mollie Toyota is charging. Where did they get this outrageous amount$1,327.39.
