I am 85 years of age, Nathan was considerate and helped me choose the car I could afford. The staff was courteous as well. Time is Valuable I had an appointment at 10am for 12-month service. My truck was not pulled into a bay until 10:30 and was completed at 11:09. When I asked why have an appointment, I was told they were “running behind” and equated their dealership to a doctors office. Apparently my time is not valued enough to let me know, up front, they are running behind and let me choose to stay or leave. In addition, car washes are no longer available which begs the question: what value add is Molle providing? More
Lacking communication My estimated repair time was 3 days for some minor body work. On day 4, I called to check the status. Someone was to call me with an update later that day but never did. On day 5, I called again and was told there was a problem with the paint bay and there was no way to predict when my car would be ready. I was finally notified on day 6 that I could pick up my car. The work itself was fairly satisfactory with one area still needing attention. Not the experience I am used to at Molle. I would possibly recommend this service center. Not a definite ‘yes’ or ‘no.’ More
