Review of Service West service center is a nice facility. The customer's waiting lounge is in the pathway of other types of business done at the West Center, though. I only had to wait 50 min for this service, but if it was a longer time, I would prefer the showroom new car sales building with more spacious seating and counter space for working while waiting. Spring allergy day Thanks Molle for keeping my car in top shape. I was able to have my car serviced quickly while I waited comfortably inside. No loaners, rude staff, no timeline I needed to drop off my car to get repaired, and I’ve always trusted VW locations. I dropped it off on Saturday, but the staff couldn’t give me a day I needed to drop off my car to get repaired, and I’ve always trusted VW locations. I dropped it off on Saturday, but the staff couldn’t give me a day when it would be ready. I called on Wednesday to check on the status. I just got back from out of town. I asked if there was any way to know if the car would be done that day since I was at the airport and needed to figure out how to get to work if it wasn’t ready. Ruth snapped and said “You’re gonna have to give me a minute sweetie.” Yet, I had no answer after quite a while. When she said it probably wouldn’t be done that day, I asked if I could have a loaner because I work. She said “we don’t do that.” Seriously... every other dealer in the country has loaners. Since my car would be in the shop anyway, I tried to schedule my regular service, too. However, that turned out to be an ordeal, too. They asked me for a time and I said that it would be whenever the car would be done. They said I would have to call collision and straighten it out. You’re in the same parking lot. I took the appointment, and hope they actually did the work. I asked at service if there was a loaner, and they said again that they don’t do that, but they can get a renta for me. They called, no rental was available. I ended up having to pay for my own rental after being in the shop for 2 hours. This is ridiculous. I could never be contacted either because they got my name, phone number, and email address wrong (even though all were on my estimate). Sure, my car is fixed, but I will NEVER use Molle again for anything. More
