WOW! What Customer Service! I went to Molle Toyota originally because two (2) people there had been at another dealership that my family has purchased and/or leased cars from sin I went to Molle Toyota originally because two (2) people there had been at another dealership that my family has purchased and/or leased cars from since the early 70's but what I got was unbelievable. The treatment and customer service is AWESOME! I am old school so when I take my car in for service, I was the same service advisor and when I schedule my appointment, they are aware of that! Rodney Skaggs and Bob Field went above and beyond to get me in my Rav4 last summer and I love it! Stella...what I call my car is bright CHIEFS red and sports my pewter KC Chiefs license plate up front! Recently I was at a stoplight and was rear-ended. Poor Stella had to go to the Molle Collision Center and I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Kris Sheets and Angelica at the front desk were awesome and I got my Rav back good as new! More

Car buying as it should be My wife and I recently purchased a new 2018 Toyota Camry XLE that was facilitated by their Sales Representative Mr. Clayton Bailey and Financial Servi My wife and I recently purchased a new 2018 Toyota Camry XLE that was facilitated by their Sales Representative Mr. Clayton Bailey and Financial Services Manager Mr. Bill Herder. When I arrived at the dealership parking lot, I was greeted by Mr. Bailey who listened to our needs and expectations for a new vehicle. We quickly eliminated one of the cars I was considering then he recommended a car that was unexpectedly well suited for our needs and preferences. Our deliberation over price was done without pressure and left us satisfied and gratified with the experience. After the base car price was agreed upon, we were introduced to Mr. Herder who lead us through the financing, maintenance and insurance options. We were very impressed with his extensive knowledge of the array of services and options available to us. He patiently, concisely and clearly explained what would be the most useful options based on our needs and desires,. This is our fourth Toyota-built automobile and first one bought from the Molle Toyota dealership.
