Cramped One person working on the day I had my first visit with my new vehicle. Waited because the one person was training or working with a 'new' person--I think that is what I was told was the issue. The waiting area was cramped and no area for me to work while I waited. When I went into the sales area, the guys looked at as, 'why you in here'.... A young lady, the only young sales lady, helped to locate an empty desk where I could work.... Chris, the service guy was friendly. Not his fault that there were too few service persons to do intake of vehicles.... There were no persons/attendees to wash the vehicle after service. My previous Toyota was from Adams and my service was through Adams.... It's like going from a 10 to a 1 on service. Molle for purchasing my new vehicle was much better than Adams.... David Marshall talked to me and located possible vehicles before I arrived at the Dealership. Adams wanted me to come in before locating a vehicle.... Timeliness was better for the purchase at Molle... But the service, after my first visit, may have me going to Adams, since the vehicle can be serviced at any Toyota dealership.... Or I will try the other area up on the hill of Molle, which did not have a much better 'appeal' for accommodating persons having vehicles serviced.... I was in the area where trucks or SUVs can be serviced, as there are two service areas.... More

Fishy crack At the beginning in the service departmenteverything was fine. After 3 and a half days, I received a call to pick up my car. After making the correspo At the beginning in the service departmenteverything was fine. After 3 and a half days, I received a call to pick up my car. After making the corresponding payment for the arrangements I receve my keys and left the place. About a mile or so to get out of the place I noticed that the windshield had a small crack. I immediately chexked with my wife to ask her if the windshield had a cracking and she said no and that I should come back to the dealer. I told her after picking the children from school because it was late already. By then it had been an hour after picking up the car, I knew that the car did not had a crack in the windshield when I left but after I took the car I did not check it before leavin the place. I trusted the service previously received. A month ago, I bought a new car there and the service was very good. We know and understand that accidents can happen, but people have trust in those places after being well treated and after an incident and how is managed we need to be defensive and video check the car before enter the shop plus witness. I was not notified that the windshield had a crack when i left. And do not check the vehicle when I leave there. Of course when I come back to the service department and ask if the windshield had a crack I was notified that it was already there and even the mwchanic told the servide person about the windshield but not when I was there. Sounds fishy. I should drive back to the dealer with my kids to fight for a windshield crack but we were shure it happend when was in the dealer. We acept that we didnt check the car before leaving. Unfortunately, we just bought a car in that dealer and we will have to deal with 2 years of free service. The good thing we can do it in other dealer. But we will also do our best to let our friends know about the experience we had and if they can avoid doing service of their cars in that place. And everything because of a windshield crack. More
