My last oil change at Toyota My biggest complaint about this visit is the miscommunication between Sean and I about what I specifically wanted him to do, which left me in a very e My biggest complaint about this visit is the miscommunication between Sean and I about what I specifically wanted him to do, which left me in a very embarrassing situation where I didn't have enough to pay and had no other choice but to reach out to a family member for help. Of course it wasn't Sean's fault that I'm suffering a financial crisis, but, I just wish it would've been better understood what I was trying to ask for so that I would have known that he couldn't do it, therfore, it costing me "3" times more than I planned for. Anyway, thankfully, I was able to get a family member willing to bail me out by lending me what I needed to cover my total bill. Other than that issue, I've always been happy with the actual "services" performed on my vehicles by Toyota. More
